Harvest grape pickers

We're looking for grape pickers to work as part of a team for the 2026 grape harvest.

Flint Vineyard is known for producing premium still wines and Charmat method sparkling wines. We have extensive vineyards and pick largely by hand.

The role

Working flexibly between September and November you will join a team of up to 30 people picking grapes by hand. It’s hard but rewarding work and hours are usually between 8am and 4 pm but can vary slightly depending on what we need to pick.

The person

This is a physical role requiring someone who is fit and prepared to keep going to complete the task even during long days. A team-player who can keep motivated even during long days and when their back might be groaning a little!

The cost of delivery quoted includes delivery by courier to GB Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). For other destinations a surcharge will apply.

We offer free express delivery for all orders of 6 bottles or more. A standard delivery charge of £7.99 is charged for all other deliveries.

All wines or goods ordered remain the property of Flint Vineyard until payment is received in full.

Orders will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of the order for next day delivery, providing the order was placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs (excluding public holidays).

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns

If you don’t like a bottle that you buy for any reason we will credit you for the full amount for that particular bottle. No questions asked.

If you have bought a case or more of a particular wine, then we will refund all of that wine, including delivery, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you, provided, of course, you have only opened ONE bottle of the wine.

We are fully accessible.

We have low mobility parking at the farm by the winery. We aim to keep this available for those that need it most even on our busiest events. From there it's smooth concrete to the Cellar Door Shop, Wine Bar and the winery on tour days.

The garden and vineyard can be reached across some flat gravel and grass, now suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.

We have wheelchair accessible toilets inside the barn, and baby change facilities too.

On tours we can also provide seating for those less able to stand in the vineyard and winery.
