About subscriptions
These are recurring payment options. You will be charged again after your chosen interval (3 months, 6 months or a year) to the exact day and time of the original order.
Your subscription can be altered, paused or cancelled at any time through your subscription portal.
Billing
Your first case is billed immediately, with the following cases billed at the interval set by you at the time of purchase. Usually either quarterly, six-monthly, or yearly until cancelled.
Shipping & Collection
At the checkout, you can choose to have your cases delivered or to pick them up from our vineyard.
Shipping of membership cases is free, and we'll usually ship to you within a few days of placing your order.
For collection, our address is Camphill Farm, Middle Road, Earsham, Bungay, NR35 2AH. Please check our current opening hours before visiting. We will aim to have your wine ready to collect within a working day or so - you will receive a notification when it is ready to collect.
At any time, you can log onto your Subscription Portal to change your delivery address.
Pause or cancel
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Subscription Portal and selecting the relevant options.
Please note if you pause or cancel your subscription you will immediately lose access to all the member benefits.
T's & C's
We will endeavour to deliver your wine in a timely manner following billing, though depending on production schedules there may occasionally be delays in the release of wines. In such a circumstance we will be in touch.
Our experimental wines will always go to the Wine Club members first, but we do not promise exclusivity for each release. Wine Club members will always have first refusals on any new limited release.
We don’t have a fixed schedule for events and volunteering opportunities that Wine Club members have access to each year, but members will always be the first to hear about new activities at the vineyard.
We reserve the right to make changes to what the membership offers, however we will inform you of any changes should they happen.
