Flint & Vine Limited Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

This competition is promoted by Flint & Vine Limited (“Flint Vineyard”, the “Promoter”). All correspondence should be directed to enquiries@flintvineyard.com.

2. The Prize

The specific prize for each competition will be clearly stated in the associated promotional material.

Competitions operated by the Promoter include:

  • External Event Competition
    Prize: A duo of Charmat wines

  • On Site Event Competition
    Prize: A case of 6 bottles of Charmat Rosé

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:

  • employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members;

  • agents and contractors acting on behalf of the Promoter; and

  • anyone else professionally connected with the organisation or running of this competition.

Proof of age and identity may be required before the prize is awarded. By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility criteria.

4. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must complete the entry method as specified in the promotional material (e.g. online form, QR code sign-up, in-person entry at events).

Only one entry per person per competition is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or not submitted in accordance with these terms will not be accepted.

5. Entry Period

Competitions will operate under one of the following formats:

  • Rolling Competitions
    Entries are collected on an ongoing basis, with draws taking place regularly (typically within 7 days of entry).

  • Fixed Period Competitions
    Entries are collected during the event period, with one winner selected per event (typically monthly).

Full details of the applicable entry period will be stated in the relevant promotional material.


6. Winner Selection

  • For rolling competitions, winners will be selected at random from entries received within the relevant draw period.

  • For fixed period competitions, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during that event.

All draws will be conducted within 7 days of the relevant entry period ending and overseen by an independent person or a senior employee not involved in the administration of the competition.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

The winner’s name and county of residence may be made available on request in accordance with Advertising Standards Authority guidelines.

8. Prize Fulfilment

Wine prizes will be dispatched to a valid UK address provided by the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of age before dispatch.

9. Alcohol Notice

The prize involves the provision of alcohol and may only be awarded to individuals aged 18 years or over.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to supply alcohol in line with its responsible drinking policy.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Entrants’ personal data will be collected and processed by Flint Vineyard for the purposes of administering this competition.

Providing your email address for entry into a competition does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Entrants will only receive marketing emails where they have explicitly opted in.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by entrants or winners in connection with this competition or the prize, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control that affect entries or prize delivery.

12. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this competition at any time where necessary.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent or dishonest conduct.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These terms do not affect the statutory rights of entrants.
