The Flint Logo

Our primary logo. Please try to use it on plain white background when possible and give ample space around it. If the logo must go over an image, please speak with your contact to check the spacing/branding.

Please respect our photographer and only use our images to promote Flint Vineyard and our wines. You can find a selection of approved photoes here. Free Shipping

The cost of delivery quoted includes delivery by courier to GB Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). For other destinations a surcharge will apply.

We offer free express delivery for all orders of 6 bottles or more. A standard delivery charge of £7.99 is charged for all other deliveries.

All wines or goods ordered remain the property of Flint Vineyard until payment is received in full.

Orders will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of the order for next day delivery, providing the order was placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs (excluding public holidays).

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns

If you don’t like a bottle that you buy for any reason we will credit you for the full amount for that particular bottle. No questions asked.

If you have bought a case or more of a particular wine, then we will refund all of that wine, including delivery, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you, provided, of course, you have only opened ONE bottle of the wine.

You will need to provide proof of purchase. Please visit our Refund Policy for further details.

We are fully accessible.

We have low mobility parking at the farm by the winery. We aim to keep this available for those that need it most even on our busiest events. From there it's smooth concrete to the Cellar Door Shop, Wine Bar and the winery on tour days.

The garden and vineyard can be reached across some flat gravel and grass, now suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.

We have wheelchair accessible toilets inside the barn, and baby change facilities too.

On tours we can also provide seating for those less able to stand in the vineyard and winery.
