Yoga in the Vines

Monthly Sundays | 10:30-2pm | £65

Yoga at Flint Vineyard

Unroll your mat among the vines for a yoga experience like never before at Flint Vineyard in collaboration with Waveney Flow Yoga.

This playful, outdoor session invites you to meditate and move while overlooking sweeping views of the Waveney Valley. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this relaxed session caters to all abilities.

After vineyard yoga, we’ll indulge in a guided wine tasting. You’ll sample a selection of Flint wines crafted on-site and learn about the flavours, production and unique character.

You'll then enjoy a set seasonal Small Plate lunch.

Dates

31st May, 28th June, 19th July, 23rd August, 6th September

The schedule

10:30am - Start of the yoga. Please arrive 15 minutes before so we can check you in and start promptly. The session lasts for about an hour and a quarter.

12pm - We'll head to the garden for a 30 minute wine tasting through four classic Flint wines.

12:45pm - We'll serve a set seasonal lunch from the Flint Kitchen, finishing up by around 2pm.

Important information

These yoga events are very weather dependent, and so we may need to head indoors into the barn should it be wet on the day.

Please wear appropriate clothing for yoga and the weather, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

If you'd like, there is the option to add extra people to join you for lunch.

Frequently asked questions

If you can't find the answer to your question here, just email enquiries@flintvineyard.com and we'll be happy to help.

Accessibility

We are fully accessible.

We have low mobility parking at the farm by the winery. We aim to keep this available for those that need it most even on our busiest events. From there it's smooth concrete to the Cellar Door Shop, Wine Bar and the winery on tour days.

The garden and vineyard can be reached across some flat gravel and grass, now suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.

We have wheelchair accessible toilets inside the barn, and baby change facilities too.

On tours we can also provide seating for those less able to stand in the vineyard and winery.

If you have any extra questions about accessibility, please email us at enquiries@flintvineyard and we'll be happy to help.

Weather

We are open in all weather and run our tours, tastings and events regardless of what England throws at us.

We have our barm for events when it's raining or cold, equipped with a log burner and heater for the winter months.

In warm weather we have plenty of outdoor space around the Cellar Door and a garden with picnic benches that overlook the vineyards.

Please dress accordingly for the weather, if it's wet then raincoats and umbrellas are a must. If it's cold, please wrap up warm. Sensible footwear is also advised, but the site is fully accessible, with grass in the garden/vineyard so it's not too treacherous even in the rain.

If you have any concerns about how weather may impact your visit, please email us at enquiries@flintvineyard.com

Families

We are completely family friendly. You are welcome to bring children of any age on site.

We have baby change and high chairs available in the barn.

Our tours can be attended by those under 18 free of charge, however they will not be able to take part in the tasting.

Our Flint Sundays are particularly family friendly and make for a good day out.

For safety, we simply ask for parents to keep an eye on children, as we are a working farm and some parts of the site are not suitable for children.

Parking

For visits to the shop and on tour days we have parking at the farm behind the winery. Drive up the slope and then turn right to go around the back of the winery. We reserve space in front of the winery for blue badge / low mobility parking.

On our busy event days, including our Flint Fridays and Flint Sundays, car parking will be in the field at the base of the vineyard. A short walk up the hill alongside the vineyard leads you to our garden and the Cellar Door.

Dogs

Yes!

We are dog friendly. It is worth noting though that there are often rabbits, pheasants and other animals throughout the vineyard, so if your dog likes chasing things, it might be best to keep them on a leash!

Alcohol free options

We have soft drinks and water available at all times, with coffee available for early arrivals to tours, and as part of Supper Club.

We try to have non-alcoholic beers from local breweries available too.

Unfortunately we don't make non-alcoholic wine at Flint Vineyard. This may mean that tastings are not appropriate for those that don't drink.

We always have spittoons available for tastings for anyone that wants to try our wines but not drink.
