From wine tastings and vineyard tours to our legendary Friday nights, relaxed Sundays, and evening supper clubs, it’s a lively, welcoming space for people who care about what’s in their glass.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a reliable, organised kitchen porter to support our chefs and front of house team during our busiest periods. You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping service running smoothly, helping with dishwashing, basic prep, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
You’ll need:

Some previous kitchen or back-of-house experience (ideal)

A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in

The ability to stay calm and focused when it gets busy

A tidy, methodical approach and good awareness of hygiene standards

Flexibility to work occasional shifts, mainly Fridays, Sundays, and some evenings
The Role
This is a casual, seasonal role from now until the end of September. Most shifts fall on Friday or Saturday evenings with 2 or 3 events per month.
Your responsibilities will include:

Keeping the kitchen clean and organised during and after service

Supporting dishwashing, waste management, and general cleanliness

Helping set up and clear down the kitchen before and after events

Working closely with the front of house team to keep service flowing
