Guided Vineyard Tour and Tasting
Description
Tues - Fri 11am-12pm & Sunday 11am-12pm | £20pp | 60 minute tour
Brand new for this year are daily guided tours with one of our fab Cellar Door team. Unravel some of the mysteries of Flint - from muddy field to world class wine.
A Guided Vineyard Tour and Tasting starts at 11am each day and last around an hour, with time spent out in the vines and behind the scenes in the winery.
And, of course, there will be brilliant wines to taste. After your tour we’ll sip our way through a guided tasting of four current Flint favourites. We’ll sit outside overlooking the vines if the weather is playing nice, otherwise it’s all inside into the cosy cellar door barn. Sound good to you?
Grazing Hamper to Share?
*Available to book from March 2025*
We’ve redesigned our amazingly popular locally sourced lunches into a sharing hamper lunch this year. We’re offering these for pickup anytime during the week, so we heartily recommend adding this to your Guided Tour Booking.
Feel free to unpack your hamper in the barn, or out in the garden (we’ll provide some plates!). You’re more than welcome to grab a bottle of wine and stroll down to find a picnic spot in the vines to enjoy lunch too.
Our new hampers are £40 and are plenty for 2 to share, and you can add them onto your booking when selecting a date for your visit.
Lunch Hamper includes:
- Local cheeses from Fen Farm Dairy & St Judes Dairy.
- Charcuterie from Marsh Pig
- Crackers and chutneys
- Olives, peppers and sundried tomatoes
- Mixed roasted nuts
- Fresh Sourdough bread when available.
Important Information
11am start, meeting at our cellar door to sign in.
The tour lasts around 1 hour plus the guided tasting.
We hold our tours in all weather, so if it's cold or wet please dress accordingly!

Grazing Hamper for Two
Available Tuesday - Sunday | Serves 2 | £39.50
Everything you need for a delicious grazing board, ready to take with you into the garden, barn or beyond.
Inside our Classic hamper you'll find a selection of Marsh Pig Charcuterie exclusive to Flint, Baron Bigod cheese, olives, roasted peppers and tomatoes, crackers, nuts and more.
Our Vegetarian hamper is in the same style, but we replace the meat with some more cheese and vegetables.
Please note that we can't split hampers to serve odd numbers of people, due to the contents.
You're also welcome to purchase a glass (or bottle) of our wine to enjoy with it!
We aim to have some hampers available to just drop in and pick up, however it's best to book in advance to avoid disappointment!
Frequently asked questions
If you can't find the answer to your question here, just email enquiries@flintvineyard.com and we'll be happy to help.
What if it rains?
We run our tours in all weather!
Please dress accordingly for the weather, if it's wet then raincoats and umbrellas are a must. If it's cold, please wrap up warm.
Sensible footwear is advised, but we'll mostly be on grass in the garden/vineyard so it's not too treacherous.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes!
We are dog friendly. It is worth noting though that there are often rabbits, pheasants and other animals throughout the vineyard, so if your dog likes chasing things, it might be best to keep them on a leash!
Can I bring children?
Yes, but it's entirely up to you. We are a working farm, so it's best not to let them run off too far, but we are family friendly and you're welcome to come and relax in the barn or garden.
Our Sundays at Camphill are also a really relaxed family friendly afternoon, with good food, great wine and some music.
Can you cater to vegans?
Yes! We can cater to any dietary requirements, as long as you let us know in advance when you're booking.
If we don't know ahead of the booked date, we may not be able to cater to you on the day.
Accessibility
We have low mobility parking at the farm by the winery. We aim to keep this available for those that need it most even on our busiest Camphill events. From there it's smooth concrete to the Cellar Door Shop and Wine Bar, and to the Winery as well.
The garden and vineyard are across some gravel and grass, but we're working on making this more accessible.
Cancellations
You can reschedule your booking at any time up to 72 hours before. You can do this through your booking email, or by emailing us at enquiries@flintvineyard.com
If it's not possible to reschedule, you can also cancel up to 72 hours before the day should you need to, with no questions asked, for a full refund. You can do this through your booking email, or by emailing us at enquiries@flintvineyard.com
If it's closer than 72 hours, we are unable to alter your booking, reschedule or cancel.
Should you have any questions, please email enquiries@flintvineyard.com

Concrete Egg Fermentation
You can’t help but notice the concrete egg that dominates our winery. It’s big, it’s egg-shaped and very concrete-looking. What’s it for?
