Join us for a Winter Tour at Flint Vineyard, with The Garden Kitchen Café.
Set against the picturesque Waveney Valley, the tour highlights our modern winery, with Ben, Oli, or Dan guiding you through the techniques that make Flint Vineyard unique; from the vineyards, through to fermentation to the finished wine.
The tour begins and ends in our traditional Norfolk barn, now as cosy as can be with a newly installed log burner to keep the chill off after a stroll through the vines and a behind the scenes view of the winery.

For the first time here at Flint, we’re teaming up with The Garden Kitchen Café, led by renowned chef Alex Firman, to bring you a three-course menu paired with our latest wine releases. Alex brings over 15 years of experience from Michelin-starred kitchens and restaurant ventures in the UK.
Alex now runs the acclaimed Garden Kitchen Café at Hoveton Hall, known for its dedication to local, seasonal ingredients. For these winter tours, Alex has crafted a menu that begins with canapés during the wine tasting, followed by a richly comforting two-course lunch.
Menu:
Canapés with wine tasting:
- Crisp fried oat-crusted Norfolk Herrings with gribiche sauce
- Norfolk Dapple scone biscuits, slow-cooked red onions, whipped Mardler cheese
- Smoked Suffolk chicken, beetroot & sour cream cornbread, chilli pickle
Main Course:
- 8-hour beef brisket in Précoce, mustard & bone marrow dumpling, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, baby carrots & parsnips, buttered greens
Dessert:
- Sticky ginger cake, roasted pear, orange mascarpone, caramel sauce

Arrival for tour starting at 11am. Followed by wine tasting and canapés at 12:30pm, with lunch from 1pm.

Canapés are served alongside the wine tasting on arrival, followed by lunch from 1pm.
