TOUR BOOKING INFORMATION

You will be encouraged to book spaces online to ensure that the information you and our staff receive is up to date.

Once your tour/lunch place is booked and paid in full (by direct payment or voucher) you will receive confirmation via email. This will contain a unique order number and should be saved for your own reference. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided are correct and that you have completed your order.

For our booking system to remain fair we are unable to hold places for tour and lunches.

We have limited places on our tours for your comfort and to ensure that you are receiving the best experience possible. Once our tour is full, we are unable to take additional bookings. Any cancellations will be made live again as soon as we are notified so keep checking our website if you were hoping to book that day.

Children are welcome to come along on tours. We please ask that they are always supervised as Flint Vineyard is a working farm next to a road.

Dogs are welcome in our outside spaces but are not permitted in the restaurant or winery, unless they are assistance dogs.

Disabled access: Our site is not fully accessible for wheelchair users, we have some slopes, steps, and uneven ground due to the nature of the buildings and landscape. We are very happy to try to help you with any additional seating or resting points if this would make your visit more comfortable and our staff are happy to give you a lift down to the vines if you decide the walk is too far. Please let us know if you or any one you are booking for has any mobility issues before you visit, we are happy to arrange a pre-visit so you can have a look around before you book.

GROUP TOURS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tour and lunch bookings are non-refundable. Bookings are transferable up to 7 days before the date of your visit. Within 7 days of your visit, bookings are non-transferable, although you can reassign your booking to another person if you are unable to attend.

LUNCH/ALLEGIES

Please notify us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements when making your booking. Our staff are happy to help with any queries you may have and offer alternatives, so you and your guests don’t miss out.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, but come with no expiry date. Voucher codes must, wherever possible, be redeemed at the checkout on our website.
