Venn Club Members are invited to an exceptional afternoon of fine dining and wine here at Flint on Sunday, 10th November, with arrival from 1pm, followed by lunch until 4.30pm.
Priced at £95 per person, this exclusive event includes a beautifully crafted five-course menu by chef Alex Firman, paired with a selection of our newest wine releases.
With over 15 years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens and launching restaurants across the UK and Zambia, Alex now leads the celebrated Garden Kitchen Café at Hoveton Hall in the Norfolk Broads. Known for an unwavering commitment to local ingredients, Alex’s menus showcase the best of seasonal, regional produce. For this special occasion, Alex has designed a menu that promises an unforgettable culinary experience.

Beetroot, walnut, Suffolk blue & horseradish Caesar salad, with seedy croutons & pickled courgette

Cromer crab, crème fraîche, parsley & lemon stuffed artichoke

6-hour Suffolk lamb shoulder, with parsnip, shallot & swede dauphinoise, mushroom buttered kale & spinach, lamb & Précoce sauce

Pear, quince & polenta pie, with clementine custard & crushed hazelnuts

Baron Bigod & Binham Blue cheeses, served with Norfolk honey & walnut crackers

In addition to this, we’re delighted to say that the wine pairing flight will be featuring four of our latest releases: Silex 2023, VMV Late Disgorged, Chardonnay 2022, and Pinot Noir 2022. Each wine has been thoughtfully paired by Ben & Alex to match the flavours of the menu. Along with the Fumé and Précoce, they will also be available by the glass.
