CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – TOUR BOOKINGS
During this testing time we have taken the difficult choice to cancel our March and April tours. We are reviewing the situation as it unfolds and will provide an update soon regarding tours from May onwards. We truly hope to be able to open our doors to visitors as soon as is safely possible.
We are directly contacting all customers now with March and April bookings to make immediate arrangements. Customers with May onwards bookings will be contacted at least two weeks before their planned visit.
In the event of a cancellation, all customers will be provided with a gift voucher equal to the value of the visit, whether it be a tour or a tour and lunch. This can be redeemed to either book a tour at another time (once all of this has hopefully passed) or to spend on wine or any of our other products.
We hope that this is a satisfactory for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.
This special tour comes highly recommended and is very sought after so the limited places should be booked in advance. It runs on occasional Saturdays (see calendar for dates and times).
Winemaker, Ben Witchell, will take you on a more intimate tour of the vineyards and winery. On arrival you will be presented with a glass of our acclaimed sparkling Charmat Rosé before making your way down to our vineyards overlooking the beautiful Waveney Valley.
You will visit the winery and see up close how the most state-of-the-art equipment is used to make some of the most exciting new wines in England. You will also be treated to a special sample of something yet unreleased in the winery. Ben will provide as much detail as you like, giving the small group a chance to answer any questions. We hope that you leave having enjoyed discovering something extra about the mysteries of wine. You will also receive a £5 gift voucher to go towards any 6-bottle case of wine bought at the cellar door here.
