Silex (French for Flint) is a blend of Pinot dominant varieties, fermented and aged in neutral Burgundian oak barrels. This is a complex and rich wine, with a delicate perfumed nose and hints of caramelised butter. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to five years.
No fining agents have been used so the wine is vegan friendly gluten free.
