Our new and vibrant sparkling white, full of fresh lemon and pear, neatly presented with our ever popular pink fizz, a fruity, sassy, wine bursting with flavours of strawberries & cream.

The wines are uniquely English – fruity, vibrant, sassy and fun. The perfect aperitif!

Tasting Note

Summer in a glass. Red berries on the nose that is reminiscent of Summer Fruit Pudding! This fruit carries forward to the palate, which is soft and round with a slight caramelisation and refined effervescence. Technical information

Pressing under nitrogen atmosphere using crushed berries. Cool primary and secondary fermentations. Selection of fruit forward yeast strains. Secondary fermentation in tank. No MLF. Partial ageing in neutral barrels. No fining agents have been used so the wine is vegan friendly gluten free. Alcohol: 12.5 %. Residual sugar: 8.7 g/L. Titratable acidity: 9.8 g/L.

The cost of delivery quoted includes delivery by courier to GB Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). For other destinations a surcharge will apply. Standard delivery charges are £9.60 for orders under £100 and free for orders greater than £100.

All wines or goods ordered remain the property of Flint Vineyard until payment is received in full.
