Description

Our newest white sparkling wine: bright, fresh and fruit-driven, made with a blend of sustainably grown, aromatic varieties that require minimal intervention in the vineyard.

The grapes were pressed under nitrogen to retain their delicate flavours, with a proportion fermented in neutral oak to add complexity.

Secondary fermentation was completed in tank, making it one of the first of its kind produced in England.

Tasting Note

This vibrant sparkling white is full of fresh lemon and pear. A crisp palate of melon and green apple lead to a bright finish, making it the perfect aperitif.

Technical information

Pressing under nitrogen atmosphere using crushed berries. Cool primary and secondary fermentations. Selection of fruit forward yeast strains. Secondary fermentation in tank. No MLF. Partial ageing in neutral barrels. No fining agents have been used so the wine is vegan friendly gluten free.

Shipping

The cost of delivery quoted includes delivery by courier to GB Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). For other destinations a surcharge will apply. Standard delivery charges are £9.60 for orders under £100 and free for orders greater than £100.

All wines or goods ordered remain the property of Flint Vineyard until payment is received in full.
